The following Privacy Policy sets out the rules for saving and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Website for the purposes of providing services electronically by the Administrator and the rules for collecting and processing Users' personal data that were provided by them personally and voluntarily via the tools available on the Website.
The following Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Website Regulations, which defines the principles, rights and obligations of Users using the Website.
1. [Preliminary provisions]
1. This Privacy Policy of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Store) is prepared for consumers and specifies the type, scope, methods of using data, rights and obligations of the consumer (also referred to as the user) and the protection of personal data. 3. [Principles of data use]
1.User data will only be used for:
providing sales of goods and services and providing user service, fulfilling the order, concluding and performing the contract, accepting and considering complaints and inquiries, support, implementing payment processes, adapting and improving the Store's services.
2. If the user consents to the processing of his or her personal data for marketing purposes (by accepting the appropriate option), the data will be collected and used for the purposes of presenting a commercial offer, conducting competitions and other activities.

4. [Further entrusting of personal data]

1. The store entrusts the processing of users' personal data on the basis of a written contract concluded in accordance with Article 31 of the Personal Data Protection Act to entities providing the store with hosting, administration, maintenance and website management services. Data may be entrusted, among others: couriers, insurers, financial institutions, and third parties with whom the user concludes contracts for the provision of services as part of placing an order.

2. User data may be made available to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (“GIODO”) and law enforcement agencies and judicial authorities or other entities authorized to receive them under the law, when there are circumstances justified by the provisions of law.

 

5. [Access to personal data]

1. The user has the right to access his/her personal data, supplement it, update it, rectify it, demand discontinuation of processing, delete personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, false or was collected in violation of the Personal Data Protection Act or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was intended.

2. Once the order is placed, the data used to place the order, including the issuance of an accounting document, are not subject to change. Data collected automatically is not subject to change.

3. The user may make changes to his/her data after registering and then logging in. The store reserves the right to refuse to delete user's data if its preservation is necessary to fulfill claims or if it is required by applicable law.

 

6. [Security of personal data]

1. Personal data administrators apply technical and organizational measures necessary to protect data, as required by the Personal Data Protection Act, in particular, they protect personal data against disclosure to unauthorized persons or loss.

2. The User bears sole responsibility and risk for disclosing the password to third parties (also as a result of inadequate protection of the password against third party access) or allowing them to use his profile in a different way.

3. The User is obliged to immediately notify the Store about the use of his profile by unauthorized persons or about any other violations of security rules related to the use of the Store.
